Mixer

Mixer has a pair of trapezium axes that rotate in opposite directions. Some changeable and adjustable arms and claws have been devised on each of these axes. The function of these arms is to provide material’s rotational movement along the axes. Thus, the material’s mixture period is minimized and the charge of bitumen into the mixer is done after being balanced by mixer’s double-shell pump. Mixer’s internal coverage is equipped with cast-iron anti-wear separated parts which can be replaced with bolts in the mixer, and the dust produced by mixing operation is thrown away by the dust conduction canal and the sucking fan, into the cyclone. The mixer’s evacuation hatches are opened and closed by pneumatic jacks. The hatch control system is designed the way that asphalt evacuation is done once the hatch is opened, and production process does not take orders from the beginning of weighing stage, but the order for the next cycle and evacuation of the material into the mixer take commands from the mixer’s hatch. The electronic weighing system is equipped with digital display and has the capability of adjusting different weights with four automatic commands (setpoint), for the purpose of weighing the materials. Hot material weighbridge is used for weighing the materials and has a pneumatic evacuation hatch in which the required batch is adjustable when in automatic use. Besides, it is also possible to obtain reports concerning the amount of consumed material in the variety of time periods including batch, hour, day, week, month and year, and they are also printable by being connected to a printer device.
